Simply Pumpkin Pie
I have practiced making pumpkin pie since I came to the States, and discover the deliciousness of the dessert. I found this recipe, it is so simple and quick to make that I am so excited to share it with you! ¡Buen Provecho!
Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 can 30 ounces pumpkin
1- 9 inch pie crust
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425F for 20 minutes. Mix eggs, milk and pumpkin. Mix until all the ingredients are well blended. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Set the oven to 350F and cook the pie for 50 minutes. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
