Tasty Baked Zucchini
Éste plato lo hice en Portugal. Me acuerdo como si fuera ayer.
I like zucchini. This way, baked, is one of my favorite way to make it. This time I thought to try it in the oven with spaghetti sauce and ground beef. This recipe makes a very nice and complete casserole recipe to take to a get together party.

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
3 medium zucchini
3 cups of spaghetti sauce
3 cups of shredded cheese
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Brown the meat in a heavy skillet and add the spaghetti sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and cut the zucchini in halfs; place them into a baking pan. Pour the sauce preparation covering the vegetables. Top it with cheese and bake it for 45 minutes or longer, depending on how you like the zucchini's tenderness.
