Dad's Unbelievable Mash Potatoes

For some strange reason, mashed potatoes has never been one of my favorite side dishes. I prefer to eat potatoes prepared in any other way, like boiled, baked, or fried etc. However, this Thanksgiving, my dear husband made some unbelievable mashed potatoes! Now this recipe, is not only my favorite, but also my children's favorite. It is very good and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to give a special touch to a very simple side dish.

Ingredients
15 medium potatoes
2 sticks of butter (1 cup)
1 tablespoon of salt (to taste)
1/4 cup milk or cream
1/2 package of cream cheese

Preparation
Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer, add salt. Serve immediately.
