Today is my birthday. I feel rejuvenated. I feel like I want to live forty-five years more, at least! Life is too precious, yes I have disappointments, sad situations and I am sure these will continue, guaranteed. But, I want to keep learning, exploring, helping and all those things that we are here on earth to accomplish. I am so happy and grateful for so many things since today is my birthday, I decided to express 45 things I am grateful for, here it goes:

45 THINGS I AM GRATEFUL FOR... (and counting....)

1-heavenly Father and Jesus Christ who gave me life and the opportunity to be here today.
2-family who gave me a home to grow up and nurtured and encouraged me to have my own.
3-own family who teach me so much about life and encourage me to be better every day.
4-house chores. It reminds me that I have been blessed with a home, a family to take care of.
5-my worries about my children, it reminds me that I have been blessed with healthy and active kiddos!! and I like that.
6-OHANA everywhere who knows me and want to talk, write, and share with, for who I am.
7-opportunity to travel and meet new people and places
8-capacity of learning
9-desire to be better
10-bullies who taught me, that I am strong enough to ignore and have truly and deep pity for them
11-understanding that I make choices and the responsibilities to the outcomes is mine
12-capacity to heal quickly from traumas, physically & emotionally
13-capacity to hold a sense of unity with people I encounter in my life
14-capacity to think little of what other people think, especially those who show no respect for others
15-sense of humor (still working on finding it in a serious situation)
16-quick desire to forgive and move on
17-desire to help others
18-strong feeling of having a HUGE family
19-the opportunity to practice Physical Therapy in Argentina
20-understanding of my real calling
21-dogs, all of them. Who taught me to love and understand that they are animals and not humans
22-love for humans and respect for animals and nature
23-love for old books and reading, even though I don't read for pleasure as I would like to
24-sense, which is very common
25-Máte and for those who respect, it and for those who drink it as well
26-dragonflies
27-bonus
28-rain and winter holidays which brings us closer
29-old typewriters, chess, fountain pens, and calligraphy.
30-1800's and especially October 1847
31-running and the understanding that I am competing against myself, and nobody else
32-writing, especially family history
33-FB, that keeps me connected with my family and friends all over the world!
34-my super -dipper- loyal friends who, even though we are spread all over the world, they haven't forgotten me!
35-handcrafted and homemade gifts
36-time. It gives me the opportunity to do more things
37-Argentina, a place to grow up
38-USA, a place to develop and practice what I have learned
39-my Dad, who had the vision to leave the "land of nobody" and for my Mom who had the courage to follow him
40-my job
41-seashells
42-traditions
43-unity, and for those who embrace it
44-kind words to left the afflicted and humility to be silent when you want to scream at somebody who treats you unfairly
45-the fact of knowing that we only have two cheeks, and many. Meaning that when we have given the "other" cheek...it is time to walk away and let Heavenly Father decide.
